Here are some frequently asked questions and quick solutions to some of the most common issues. If you can't find the information you need, please don't hesitate to reach out to us here.
Golfers with a current AGU handicap are welcome to join our competitions subject to availability. The main restriction is on our Saturday comp, which always fills up fast with Members, so they have first priority.
If you're flexible though, you can call the Golf Shop on the Friday and we may be able to get you in.
Otherwise we have 9 and/or 18 hole competitions every days, so call the Golf Shop and we can find you a tee time.

It's worth noting, that the installment options are still committment for a full year's membership.
New To The Portal?
The first time you login, you can use your HMBGC Membership number... the last 4 digits of your Golflink Number... as both the username and your password.
You'll then be logged in and prompted to pick a new password. Please write that down somewhere safe as we cannot retrieve it for you if you lose it.
Once inside you'll find lots of options: you can book golf, look up results, check your accounts, read Member's newsletters and more. There's a lot there, so be sure to have a good look around!
If you ever lose or forget your password...
You'll find a Forgot Password link below the login form. Click that and enter your Member ID again... the Last Four Digits of your Golflink Number.
The system will then send a Reset Code to your registered email address. On the next screen you'll be prompted to enter that Reset Code and a new password.
Please make sure your password is secure... a minimum of 8 characters, 1 uppercase and 1 number... and save. Be sure to write it down somewhere safe.
After that you'll be returned to the login form where you can enter your Member ID and new Password to access the Member's Portal.
Click on My Tee Times on your dashboard to view available days. Timesheets generally open up for Members one week in advance.
Click on the Day you want then scroll down until you find the Time you want. Click on Book and you'll be added to the timesheet. If carts are available, there'll be an Add Cart button visible beneath your name.
You are welcome to book in with players already in the timesheet.
If you are unable to play, please be sure to cancel your booking ASAP so someone else might get a game!
